One decision that every young professional must make is whether to work at a large company or a small company. Corporate cultures can vary wildly between the two and everyone must decide which they prefer.
I recently went from working at a company with 10,000+ employees; to working with a company that has 4 employees. In my experience, the difference has been quite noticeable. Budgets are smaller, more responsibility and everyone knows your whole life story. Personally, I find the increase in responsibility very rewarding.
